User Preferences

Every user has the option to change their profile name and alarm preferences through their user profile.

How to update User Preferences

  1. To access your user preferences, click on the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner of the application, and select Preferences.

  2. As an Administrator, the application provides the option to configure preferences for other Users.  As a non-Admin User you can only change your preferences.

  3. You have the option to update your name and alarm preferences.
  4. If you wish to receive emails for all configured equipment alarms then check the Receive alarm e-mails.  
  5. If you wish to receive emails for all configured equipment alarms that clear then check the Receive alarm clear e-mails.  
  6. Then specify the email addresses where you want to receive the alarm emails.  Note:  you can enter multiple email addresses separated by semi-cololn.  
  7. Click on the Save button.  

  8. The application displays a message:  Preferences were successfully saved.
