Within the application, you can access Support and receive self-help articles or submit a help ticket request.
How to access Support
Logged onto the application from any screen you can click on the Help Center tab and the application displays the Help Center application.
The Help Center application provides the following:
- Submit a question or incident to Generac Industrial Connectivity Support
- Search the Knowledge Base for Self-Help Articles
- View the Community Topics
The other option to access Support is to select the Settings option in the upper right-hand corner, select Support and the application opens a new browser tab with the Blue Pillar IIoT Platform Help Center.
The Support option provides the following:
- Submit a question or incident to Generac Industrial Connectivity Customer Support from the Knowledge Base page
- Search the Knowledge Base for Self-Help Articles
- View the Community Topics
In addition, you can Sign Up for an account and view the customer support tickets that you have submitted.
