Enhanced MiraLink Help Center is Live!

We are excited to share that our new customer support portal is live! You’ll notice both an expanded knowledge base and new ticket system, allowing you to follow or submit troubleshooting tickets in real time. Be sure to check the portal for system maintenance announcements, feature stories, and to know what industrial connectivity platform enhancements are on the near-term horizon.

Support Center and Knowledge Base

Available to all our North American customer base, you’ll soon notice a site listing page upon login, offering a quick view of site vitals across a fleet. This is so users can view commonly-used equipment parameters in one click. Gateway IDs, asset associations, and more will be viewable without navigating to the Map View or selecting an individual site, making for a streamlined user experience.

Also keep an eye out for new functionality to support subscription management in the coming weeks. Fleet managers will see subscription details on screen, including status and plan information for a service area. Once enabled, this subscription management functionality will allow IDCs to enroll customers directly to the MiraLink platform.
