What's New on ViewIT

The Industrial team is continually fine tuning performance as well as the customer journey for our industrial clients who leverage the platform for site and equipment monitoring across our North American installations. Several intuitive enhancements—largely seamless to the customer experience—are described in this announcement.

ViewIT

The user can quickly obtain the application version detail from the help menu. 



Supporting documentation, both release notes and other knowledge base content can be accessed on screen. This is to ensure our customers stay informed about application updates without the need to sift through email notifications.

When a new version is available, the user sees a notification banner at the upper right of the map dashboard upon the first login, informing the customer of the update. A link to release notes will be available. The user can access release notes and knowledge base topics without interrupting their ViewIT workflow.


Features on the Horizon

We are optimizing a solution to best manage alarm notifications in threshold scenarios.
