In the ViewIT Group Schedules, a message will be displayed when an end user is attempting to set a group schedule that contains a site, they do not have permission to.  The message, "You do not have permission to access one or more sites in this group.  Please verify your permissions or contact support."

The use of the HttpClient in the ResourceApiSummaryClient (Group Schedules) that was causing a race condition has been fixed.
