Book Time with a Generac Industrial Connectivity Engineer

Generac is here to announce that we added a scheduling feature to the Pre-Installation Survey for the Blue Pillar Advanced Gateway deployments.  This feature allows you to book a time with an Engineer to remotely support you through a deployment. 


Here’s how it works. 
  1. After submitting the Generac Industrial Power Pre-Installation Survey, the booking page will appear so you can select a date and time. 
  2. Upon submitting the booking, an email is sent to your inbox for you to add the event to your calendar. 
  3. On the day of the deployment, you can open the calendar event and click on the link to a virtual meeting which connects you to a dedicated Engineer.   
 
If you’re not ready to book at that time you complete the survey, you can go to the Advanced Gateway Deployment Booking website at a later time to schedule an appointment.  Keep in mind you will need to schedule 24 hours in advance of the deployment date.
 
Coming in 2024!  The Industrial Connectivity application will include a Self-Deployment feature so you can complete the deployment without a remote Engineer.
