Improvements

• The map view list of sites in the top center is now listed alphabetically with the Map option at the top of the list.
  
• The True, False discrete data points have been changed to On, Off respectively on the Live view and Site Summary screens.
  
• The Trending tab will be hidden for the site's equipment that only has discrete data points.
